

Payment: When you decide on a puppy please notify us by
email at kami@razorblues.com or by phone at 417-543-3619. We
require a deposit of $300.00 and a signed copy of our contract (
located on the website under "contract" ) to hold the puppy until it is
old enough to go out, which is eight weeks. If your puppy has to be
shipped to you, the total balance owed (including shipping cost) on
your puppy must be received by us by the time your puppy is eight
(8) weeks old. Today there is a lot of check fraud, including
cashier's checks, money orders, personal checks and even postal
money orders. Because of this we will not ship your puppy until your
check clears, regardless of the type of check. We will notify you of
that date after we receive your deposit. If you are picking up your
puppy the balance will be owed when we deliver your puppy to you.
We accept credit cards through Pay Pal. This is a service provided
by Pay Pal that allows you to use your credit card to purchase items.
All you need to pay us with a credit card is a Pay Pal account
(which you can easily set up at www.paypal.com ) and our Pay Pal
address, which is kami@razorblues.com.
We also accept; personal checks, cash, Postal Money Orders,
Western Union and bank issued money orders(make checks out to
Kami Souder). Again, we will not ship a puppy until your payment
clears our bank, generally 10-14 days. Once Razorblues receives the
deposit and a signed copy of our contract, your puppy will be marked
and considered sold to you. If you use your credit card this is
practically instantaneous and all you will have to do is mail us a
signed copy of the contract. If you choose to send payment in the
mail we will put the puppy that you want on HOLD for four (4)
business days, while we wait for your deposit and contract. We will
also need an email sent to kami@razorblues.com with your name,
address and telephone number. If we do not receive your deposit
and contract in four days the puppy will go back up for sale.
When your puppy turns eight weeks old it will go into our Vet for the
Health Check. After that, shipping arrangements can be made. We
will not book any flights or make any shipping arrangements until
the balance owed on your puppy, plus shipping, has been received
and the payment has cleared. (please read shipping information
below).

Shipping: We have shipped quite a few puppies and have
shipped all over the United States. We have been pleased with the
service that our modern airlines provide. We have found that they
treat the puppies really good. We use a number of different airlines
and air services to get your puppy to you. We need at least 3
business days to reserve your puppy's flight.
At this time the cost that we charge to ship your puppy to you is
$300.00. This $300 will be due at that same time the balance on
your puppy is due. Your shipping cost includes everything your
puppy will need to fly. To fly your puppy will have to have a kennel /
crate, water and food dishes, a Vet Health Certificate and an airline
ticket. The cost of the crate, dishes, Certificate and ticket are
included in the $300.
Please know that we will be working as fast as we can on our end to
get you your puppy. We know how exciting it can be to get a new
puppy, especially if you have been waiting for a number of weeks.
Shipping is sometimes dictated by the weather. Because of this
there are times when flights have to be rescheduled. This does not
happen very often, but it does on occasion.
Please note any delay in getting us the contract, balance owed on
puppy or shipping costs will result in your puppy being shipped at a
later date. We will not ship the pup until all is paid for.
